Summertime is finally here and it has finally stopped raining everyday here in Texas, so my closet is thankful. Time to bring out the shorts and color because summer! I finally got myself a pair of Birkenstocks thanks to Famous Footwear and I am never taking them off. Read on for outfit details from this summery look of mine…
My birks were the starting point for this look and from there I wanted to keep it casual and cool for the Texas heat. These palm shorts are the perfect summer short because they are colorful and breezy! I added this plain white tee since the shorts were super busy.
Necessories: I wanted to add some layered necklaces to my plain white tee with my new favorite necklace from RiffRaff, this dainty cactus necklace. I have never gotten so many compliments on a piece of jewelry before so thanks RiffRaff. I added a second necklace that tied in well with the color of my shorts. I finished it off with my Fossil wrap watch and new Fossil cross body bag in seafoam. I was iffy about the color choice but it goes with almost everything I wear so no ragrets.
